Shipping
Free standard shipping for orders over $150 is available to 48 states (excludes Hawaii & Alaska).
- Options for shipping within the U.S. are as follows:
- Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.
- Standard shipping with estimated delivery within 6 business days.
- Paid Ground shipping with estimated delivery within 6 business days.
- Paid 3 Day Select shipping with estimated delivery within 3 business days.
- Paid 2nd Day Air shipping with estimated delivery within 2 business days.
- Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.
- Delivery dates for ‘Free’ and ‘Ground’ shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse.
Expedited Shipping:
If your order is placed on a weekday before 3 pm CST, our shipping team will have it processed same day! If your order is placed over the weekend, we will ship the next business day!
Standard Shipping:
Once your order is successfully submitted, our shipping team works hard to get your order packed, so it can be on its way within 1-2 business days.
*We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
International Shipping:
All international packages are shipped via UPS and the various options available are presented at checkout. Rates are based on destination and package weight.
Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.
Shop Curves To Contour is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. This does not always happen. But please be aware that it can happen, and that Shop Curves To Contour does not pay these fees.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You may track your package’s progress directly from the link in the email. If you have an account with us, you are able to check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.
If you don’t have an account, please get in touch with our customer service team. They would love to assist you! Just be sure to have your order number or the email used to place the order ready when you call!

Missing Packages:
- Please allow 24 hours from the time that your package shows as delivered for your package to arrive.
- Please reach out to our customer service team via email within 5 days so that we may further assist.
- If a package is not delivered due to the incorrect address being provided to Shop Curves To Contour at the time of purchase, Shop Curves To Contour is not liable for mis-delivery.
- If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or un-deliverable package, you are responsible for the new shipping cost. Unclaimed, refused, or un-deliverable packages that are returned to us will be processed as a return and the original form of payment will be refunded, less any additional shipping expenses.
- We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, stolen packages or packages that were sent to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then, feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label provided by Shop Curves to Contour, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
