RETURNS

We want your shopping experience at Shop Curves To Contour to be the absolute best!  If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

  • All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and with the original tags still intact, in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
  • Merchandise may be returned for a full refund to your original payment method!
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). We encourage you to hang on to your tracking number for your return.
  • Returns should be postmarked 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Returns that are postmarked after 30 days of delivery date are not eligible for a refund and item(s) will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
  • All accessories & swimwear are final sale.
  • All SALE and FINAL SALE items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands.  If you’ve received a defective item, incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team help@shopcurvestocontour.com within 3 business days, so we can get everything sorted out for you!

Mailing a return:

  • Please ensure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse.
  • Please provide either the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed once we process your return!

EXCHANGES

We have a limited number of styles featured on the site; because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange.  But don’t worry, we feel your pain and love the clothes just as much as you do, if an exchange is needed we encourage you to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

Sometimes things happen and you may need to change or cancel your order.  We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Please give us a call or reach out to us on social media. Please note our email response time can vary 1-2 days. Our team is oh so skilled at packing and shipping orders fast!  Once they begin to process your order we will be unable to make any changes to your order as its status will be fulfilled.
